VoopLV Public Service Terms of Service (ToS)#

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between VoopLV (“VoopLV”, “We”, “Us”) and any individual or entity (“You”, “User”) accessing, interacting with, or making use of any VoopLV service, whether public or private. By using any VoopLV service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use or access any VoopLV service.

Definitions#

“VoopLV Service(s)” refers to all online and offline platforms operated by VoopLV, including but not limited to forums, websites, AI generation tools, communication systems, and internal infrastructure.
“Account” refers to a user identity registered or recognized by VoopLV systems.
“Content” means all data, information, media, or creative assets, including but not limited to text, code, images, audiovisual works, lore, and any other intellectual property submitted, hosted, or produced through VoopLV services.
“VoopLV Resources” refers to all internal systems, codebases, infrastructure, and assets owned and controlled by VoopLV that are not publicly accessible.
“Breach” means any unauthorized access, attempted access, disclosure, modification, or distribution of VoopLV data, systems, or content.
“Permanent Ban” refers to a non-appealable termination of access tied to the account, identity, or device.
“Authority Escalation” refers to direct cooperation with Latvian or international law enforcement in the event of severe violations, breaches, or illegal activity.

Applicability#

This Agreement governs all use of VoopLV services. Acceptance of this Agreement is a mandatory condition for access. VoopLV reserves the right to modify these Terms to reflect changes in law, security requirements, operational practices, or strategic development. Continued use of VoopLV services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility#

Access to VoopLV services is restricted to individuals aged sixteen (16) years or older. By using our services, you affirm that: - You meet the minimum age requirement of sixteen (16) years, or, where applicable, the legal minimum age of majority in your jurisdiction. - You have no legal restraints preventing your participation. - You understand and agree to these Terms in full.

Users found to have falsified their age or identity are subject to permanent termination without appeal. In severe cases, VoopLV will escalate the matter to appropriate authorities.

Account Security#

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to managing your password, enabling two-factor authentication where applicable, and securing any devices used to access VoopLV services. VoopLV will not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence or failure to maintain proper account security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify VoopLV immediately through the official recovery process. Recovery may be possible only if the user can present valid and verifiable evidence of account ownership. If such evidence cannot be provided, the account will not be restored. VoopLV reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account without prior notice if violations are detected. This includes the deletion of stored user data, digital assets, and any accumulated or soft currency associated with the account.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure#

Accessing any private or non-public VoopLV service constitutes an automatic acceptance of strict confidentiality obligations. All non-public information—including but not limited to internal systems, source code, repositories, infrastructure, designs, documentation, and media—is classified as confidential.

You may not: - Reproduce, disclose, share, or transfer any private VoopLV content to third parties. - Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive systems or methods from VoopLV’s private resources. - Publicly reference or leak internal information in any capacity.

These obligations remain in effect indefinitely, even after your access is revoked or terminated. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate permanent termination and may trigger civil or criminal legal proceedings under Latvian and EU law.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property#

All VoopLV-produced content—including but not limited to lore, stories, designs, visuals, code, infrastructure, and documentation—is and shall remain the exclusive property of VoopLV. This includes all private GitLab repositories, internal CI/CD systems, automated infrastructure, and service configurations.

No rights, licenses, or permissions are granted to end users regarding VoopLV internal content unless explicitly granted in writing.

By sharing, uploading, or otherwise making available any content on VoopLV public services (forums, media galleries, community boards, etc.), you grant VoopLV an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to: - Host, store, display, archive, and cache your content. - Use, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from your content. - Distribute, perform, or display your content in any medium for operational or promotional purposes.

You must either be the rightful owner of the content or possess legal authority to grant these rights. Submitting infringing content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Users retain their original ownership of submitted content but acknowledge that VoopLV retains broad usage rights without obligation for attribution, compensation, or prior approval. VoopLV reserves the right to remove, archive, or integrate user content into its proprietary works at its sole discretion.

VoopLV is under no obligation to return, distribute, or make available any copies of content submitted or stored on its systems. Once uploaded, content falls under VoopLV’s operational control.

Acceptable Use#

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using VoopLV services. You may not: - Engage in illegal activities, harassment, doxxing, or blackmail. - Distribute malware, spyware, or any form of malicious code. - Impersonate individuals or organizations. - Use VoopLV services to promote political content, NFTs, or external solicitations. - Leak, publish, or disclose private information not intended for public release. - Misuse VoopLV AI systems or infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent bans, evidence preservation, and escalation to law enforcement.

Enforcement & Monitoring#

VoopLV actively monitors its systems for suspicious activity. Breach attempts, unauthorized access, or DDoS activity will result in: - Immediate access suspension. - Forensic review and evidence preservation. - Authority escalation under applicable law.

Users found in violation of NDA clauses, IP infringement, or serious misconduct may face legal action in addition to termination.

Termination#

VoopLV reserves the right to terminate access to any user account or service at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of this Agreement or other operational concerns. Upon termination: - All access credentials are invalidated. - Associated user data and soft currency may be deleted without compensation. - Appeals may be submitted through official contact channels but are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability#

VoopLV and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use VoopLV services, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, downtime, or termination.

Users agree to indemnify and hold VoopLV harmless from any claim, demand, or liability arising from their breach of this Agreement or violation of law.

Dispute Resolution#

Any disputes, claims, or concerns must first be addressed through VoopLV’s official communication channels. VoopLV encourages informal resolution prior to any legal proceedings. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached informally, the matter shall proceed under Latvian jurisdiction.

Final Provisions#

Your access to VoopLV services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, communications, or understandings between the parties.

VoopLV reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion. Continued use after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. © VoopLV — All Rights Reserved * Prohibited Content — Any material deemed illegal, harmful, sensitive, political, or otherwise forbidden under this ToS or applicable law. * Permanent Ban — A non-appealable access restriction applied to an account, device, or identity. * Authority Escalation — Immediate contact and cooperation with law enforcement or relevant authorities when a violation involves illegal activity, security breach, or other severe threats.
